Physicians using ObGynPocketPro can securely communicate with Office Staff and Hospital Staff using ObGynPCpro.  Furthermore, Physicians and Office Staff can use ObGynPCpro to create custom information for use on the PocketPC using the convenience and power of a full Desktop PC for data intensive entry and processing.

Entering New Patients

• You can add a patient's information, including demographics and basic medical information (meds, allergies, etc.) with the convenience of a full PC keyboard and interface.
• Send to the Physician wirelessly or via Activesync
• You can enter an individual patient, or patient groups.

Entering New Patient Groups

• Why not send your Clinician the patient information for every patient to be seen that day in the office?
• Just create a Patient Group called "Today's Patients" (enter the real date), then enter all the patient information, then send it off to your physician to have at his/her disposal.

View Bills

• View Bills your Clinician creates.
• They can be exported from the PocketPC or Emailed
• If Emailed, you simple open the email attachment to view the Bill - its that easy!

View Patient Notes

• Your clinician can send you any patient note created - e.g., the antepartum record, a delivery note, an operative note.
• They can be sent as email attachments - simply double click (or open) the attachment, and ObGynPCpro will auto -open and decrypt it for your viewing.
• You can print it, or copy paste into your local EMR.

Listen to/Transcribe Dictations

• Use this feature to listen to and transcribe dictations created on your clinicians PocketPC

Add New Teaching Images

• You or your clinician may have a specific image they want to integrate into their counseling of patients.  Now its easy with the Desktop Companion.
• With ObGynPCpro, you resize the image, then send it for easy integration into ObGynPocketPro.

Add New Operative Note Templates

• Each Physician has their own operating style, or their own special surgery they do.  Now it can be integrated into ObGynPocketPro.
• Pre-existing templates can be imported using this method.
• Type a specific template with the ease of the full PC keyboard, then send it over to the PocketPC.

Add New Core Medical Information

• Physician group or Hospital protocols
• New medical information Clinicians want to remember
• Any content at all can be created using any Web/HTML editor (including Microsoft Word).  It will then be sent wirelessly or directly to your PocketPC and integrated into the Core Reference.

• Billing Trees are simply focused billing lists to allow you to perform quick bills for any and all clinical encounters (not just the encounters ObGynPocketPro does automatically).
• These "Trees" can be customized on the PocketPC
• Soon, you will be able to create these custom trees using ObGynPCpro.
