professionals must not be of substantial value ($100 or less). |
ObTech
offers limited licenses for under $100 and a Lite version for well
under that amount. ObTech also offers deep discounts for
medical students and residents that fall well beneath the $100 limit. |
| Gift certificates redeemable for
medical books on patient care could be provided if they are not of
substantial value. However, open ended gift certificates are not
allowable under PhRMA guidelines. |
ObTech
allows pharmaceutical representatives to buy gift certificates or
individual licenses that are ONLY redeemable for copies of ObTech
medical software. |
